Return Policy

Our customers have a 30-day return policy upon delivery.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it for a refund, less shipping charges.

• Items must not be worn or washed.
• All original tags and packaging must be returned.  Items with missing tags will not be refunded.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.
• Customer responsible for return shipping charges.
• Altered/hemmed items are not returnable.

Return Authorization Required

Before you return any item for any reason, you must first contact us for a Return Authorization number, which is required for all returns.  Call us on our Toll Free number 877-359-6032.  Use the Online Return Authorization form in the link below to list the items you are returning.  You will need Adobe reader to access this form.  Include the form with your return shipment or fax to 919-359-6031.

We highly recommend that you send your return items via UPS, Fed Ex, or insured US Mail.  Items lost in the mail and not received by DASH OF SALT will not receive credit for the return. 

Items received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and sent back to the shipper. 

Defects in workmanship will be replaced at our expense, as long as we are contacted within 5 days from receipt of your order. 

Be sure to include the Order Number, Item, your name and telephone number. 

All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be communicated within 5 business days of receipt of your order.
